1. Do you buy items or offer consignment from your loyal fans and customers?

Not yet — but stay tuned. We’re well stocked for the coming seasons, though we plan to open a buyback or consignment program down the road. In the meantime, if you’ve got heat in your closet that deserves a second shot, feel free to reach out and tell us what you’ve got.

2. When will my purchase ship, and do you take returns?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of purchase. As for returns, our official policy is all sales are final — these pieces are one-of-one. For the full playbook, check out our Shipping & Returns section.

3. I’m close to making a purchase but need an extra pic or detail. Can you help?

Absolutely. Just email us at info@reboundstyle.com or hit the Contact Us page. Include the item link and exactly what you’re hoping to see — if we can make it happen, we’ll do our best to assist.

4. How do I make sure I order the right size?

Each product includes brand tag sizing and detailed measurements. When in doubt, grab a favorite piece from your locker, measure it, and compare it to our listing. We’ll also note when a brand tends to run larger or smaller than average — so you can make the right call and stay in the game.

5. Do you ship internationally?

For now, we’re shipping within the U.S. only, but international shipping is definitely part of our long-term game plan. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on socials to stay updated — you’ll be first to know when we expand the roster.

We currently call Boston home, but our team has roots across the U.S. — from Texas to California to New York. Each place shaped our taste, and together, that mix defines the Rebound Style point of view.
